Join teams of determined individuals as they band together to design and create some of the best trebuchets seen since the Middle Ages! The day will also include other hands-on activities such as rocket-building, with prizes to be won by inventors of all ages. So, if you fancy yourself as a rocket engineer, are a budding conqueror in the making or, for those aged 6-16, would like to have a go at building a smaller Scrapheap Challenge-style version, come along to the 2012 Trebuchet and Rocket Building Competition at Cokethorpe School.
